As the Chief Executive Officer of Anchoram Global, it gives me great pleasure to recognise and reward team members who consistently perform at a high level, whilst also demonstrating our company values of Professionalism, Empathy, Authenticity and Integrity.

This year, congratulations go to:

Darryl Shepherd – for demonstrating resilience and delivering calmly and consistently, whilst being single-handedly responsible for a multitude of new business opportunities. Daryl is also one of our best support leaders in terms of identifying and nurturing talent.  He has expertly driven Anchoram Consulting’s internal and external learning and development capabilities.

David Hicks – has led our security engineering contribution across multiple projects, whilst also supporting other team members. He has played a key role in building and promoting the Anchoram Consulting brand.

Greg Harrigan – is a professional and dedicated consultant in our protective security team. Over the past 12 months, he has displayed commitment and flexibility by being available to support multiple projects concurrently. His priority is always the quality of work that he and his team deliver. This is demonstrated by his contributions to improving both process and artefacts. He is an experienced and highly valued member of our team.

EDIM Team – Expertly led by Dr. Jon Gray, the EDIM team are all excellent consultants that bring a depth of experience, expertise and knowledge to problems that our clients are grappling with. The EDIM team has consistently provided innovative and creative solutions to clients, who show their appreciation by continually re-engaging with Anchoram Consulting.

James Kambourian – who receives an award for his prolific thought leadership. He has written over 25 articles and always goes above and beyond in his role. James has driven our critical infrastructure and delivered financial viability successfully. He was recently nominated to the AHC Board for the second year.

I would like to thank each and every one of my highly valued staff members. You have taken Anchoram Consulting from strength to strength.

Finally, I would like to thank our Chief Operating Officer, Harpreet (Harry) Cheema, who has been instrumental in the growth of the company since its inception five years ago. Harpreet ensures that the Anchoram Consulting values stand strong, and that our commitment does not wane. In between delivering, writing proposals and managing the company finances, his capacity to keep going is phenomenal. Without him, we would not be here today. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
