Rajani Arjula is Anchoram Consulting’s Cyber Delivery Director, bringing over 18 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), and information risk management across public and private sector organisations. With a proven track record delivering large-scale security transformations, Rajani has led engagements with major Australian government agencies, financial institutions, and energy sector clients.

Rajani specialises in cybersecurity architecture, identity governance, privileged access management, and IRAP-aligned risk assessments. Her ability to develop pragmatic and high-assurance security solutions has earned recognition from both business and technical stakeholders, particularly in complex multi-cloud and regulatory environments. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she works closely with CISOs, technology teams, and program leads to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions that align with enterprise goals. A certified CISSP, CISM, and CRISC practitioner, Rajani is also PRINCE2-accredited and completed MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), strengthening her capability to bridge the gap between business strategy and cybersecurity risk.

Outside of work, Rajani is a travel enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her family. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of cybersecurity professionals and is actively involved in developing Anchoram’s consulting and delivery capabilities nationwide.
